ISPO es la feria más grande de deportes de invierno de Europa, una reunión obligatoria para todas las marcas y profesionales del sector. Un total de 16 naves repletas de las novedades de la siguiente temporada, desde esquís hasta telas impermeables e ingeniosos inventos. El freestyle y los boardsports son una parte importante de esta industria y a pesar de que sólo cuentan con tres naves, fueron sin duda las más concurridas. Esta feria anual se celebra en Munich como el escenario perfecto para negocios y cerveza, trends y fiestas, novedades y oportunidades. lamono estuvo en el sarao participando junto a Rhythm y Sabre de A NIGHT ON SITE con la exposición It’s Not a Towel, It’s a Canvas de la que ya os hemos hablado anteriormente, contando con Kilomba como guests artist. Pero no sólo nos empapamos de arte y noche, también nos informamos de los nuevos productos y estilos que se llevarán en la montaña la temporada que viene. Aquí nuestras investigaciones más sibaritas.
ISPO is the biggest snow sports tradeshow in Europe; it’s a must for all the brands and professionals related to this sector. Sixteen massive halls were full of next season’s novelties, from skis to waterproof fabrics and ingenious inventions. Freestyle and boardsports are a main part of this industry and even though they were only in three of the sixteen halls they were crowded. This annual tradeshow take part in Munich, the perfect scenario for business and beer, trends and parties, news and opportunities. Lamono was there along with Rhythm and Sabre helping to put together the exhibition It’s Not a Towel, It’s a Canvas in the NIGHT ON A SITE party, with Kilomba as a guest artist. But we not only were in Munich enjoying the night and art life, we also learnt about the new products and styles that will trend in the mountain the next season. Dakine nos presentó con gran emoción su colección de ropa técnica, una gran novedad ya que la marca nunca se había atrevido antes. Siguensu filosofía de calidad y practicidad en sus prendas y también nos mostraron una amplia gama de mochilas hechas de plástico de botella reciclado con unos diseños muy vistosos y urbanos.
In Dakine were excited to show us their newest outerwear collection. Big news for the brand, as it’s the first time they’ve made so. They keep their quality and technical philosophy with the clothes. They also showed us some colorful and urban bags and backpacks made out of recycled plastic bottles.
Billabong se ha inspirado esta temporada en la naturaleza y los colores tierra, magenta y verde oliva que le dan un aire muy relajado a sus prendas.
Billabong has been inspired this season by the nature. The earth colors, magenta and olive green give a relaxed look to their clothes.
Por su parte, Volcom nos enseñó sus prendas más exclusivas diseñadas por jóvenes artistas y nos invitó a formar parte de Volcomunity.
On its side, Volcom showed us their most exclusive garments designed by young artists and they invited us to become part of Volcomunity.
Heida, fundadora y diseñadora de Nikita nos presentó con una gran sonrisa la gran novedad: ¡tablas de snowboard Nikita! Gráficos muy llamativos y construiídas para girls who ride.
Heida, Nikita’s head designer and founder, presented us their big novelty with a great smile on her face: Nikita snowboards. Attractive, flashy and eye-catching graphics made for girls who ride.
También hablamos con Laura, la culpable de que Westbeach tenga una ropa tan increíble con detalles infinitos, fits perfectos y actitud, mucha actitud.

Pero no todo son reuniones, productos y negocios. ISPO es también conocida por toda la actividad nocturna que despierta en la capital de Bavaria. Rhythm y Sabré organizaron una fiesta exposición en un espacio muy especial: un antiguo búnker que sirvió de lienzo a artistas como Carlos Blanchard, Crista Leonard, Silvano Zeiter, Petter Cohen, Ryan Nix, Schoph Schophield, Erik “BOZO” Lööf, Crille Rask, Adrian Schnerring… y Kilomba que intervino un espacio para lamono creando marcos llenos de imaginación para las Bubels de edición limitada It’s Not a Towel, It’s a Canvas. But not all is meetings, products and business. ISPO is also well-known for all the nightlife it brings to the Bavarian capital. Rhythm and Sabre organized a party-exhibition in a real interesting space: an old bunker that was used as a canvas for artists such as Carlos Blanchard, Crista Leonard, Silvano Zeiter, Petter Cohen, Ryan Nix, Schoph Schophield, Erik “BOZO” Lööf, Crille Rask, Adrian Schnerring… and Kilomba who performed for lamono painting imaginative frames for the Bubel limited edition It’s Not a Towel, It’s a Canvas.
